Town Clerk

The Town Clerk is considered the center of town government and is a major source of information for the residents.

Town Clerk:

  •  Issues licenses and permits including marriage license, dog license, business certificates & raffle permits
  •  Maintains General By-Laws, Zoning By-Laws, Personnel By-Laws, and Traffic Rules and Regulations
  •  Records all appointments and resignations of all town officials.
  •  Overseas all local and state elections

    Absentee Ballots for the September 4, 2018 State Primary are now available at the Town Clerk's office. The deadline to apply for an Absentee Ballot is Friday, August 31.
