Improved Service Request Portal Updates - Building Inspector Commercial and Residential Permit Apps
The Town is in the process of improving our Town Service Request Portal for Residents and Community Members. The Office of the Building inspector has launched their updated and streamlined Commercial and Residential Permit Applications!
The Improved Shrewsbury Service Request Portal will be an updated and centralized online self service portal for Residents and Businesses. Staff from the Office of the Town Manager have been working with Departments across the Town to bring forms and applications online for the community to access easily, conveniently, and in a more streamlined way.
Community members can access this online portal today and expect most departmental services to be online by June 30, 2023. Stay tuned as we continue to add and update other Town Departments!
