[ARCHIVED] My Life, My Quit- Teen Vaping Cessation Resource

 As the vaping epidemic continues to affect our youth, here is a teen tobacco cessation resource to share in your schools and communities.The My Life, My Quit program offers:

  • A free and confidential service for teens who want help quitting all forms of tobacco including vaping
  • Coaches who have  received extensive training as tobacco treatment specialists and additional training on adolescent cognitive and psychosocial development
  • Teens who participate in the program are eligible for:

o   Five, one-on-one coaching sessions usually scheduled every 7-10 days.

o   Self-help and educational materials with input from teens.

o   Real-time support available anytime over the phone, and with limited hours by text messaging or online chat


Posters and other promotional materials can be downloaded  for free on the program website
